On November 27, 2020, Tianxinyang launched a special training on legal knowledge of the Civil Code.
For this training, Ms. Liu Renwei, a doctor of civil and commercial law, a master's tutor of Xihua University Law School, a director of the Sichuan Provincial Law Society, a director of the Civil and Commercial Law Society of the Sichuan Law Society, a director of the Chengdu Law Society’s Security and Emergency Rule of Law Research Society, and a practicing lawyer are invited as the main lecturer. First, the civil code is interpreted from a macro perspective from three aspects: one is the compilation process, structure and significance of the civil code; the other is the seven principles of the civil code, namely: the principle of rights protection, the principle of equality, the principle of voluntariness, and the principle of fairness. , The principle of good faith, the principle of public order and good customs, and the green principle; the third is the relevant highlights in the seven major divisions of the Civil Code.
Subsequently, from the perspective of the practical application of Tianxinyang's business development, special interpretation and analysis were carried out by selecting the key points of the company's daily operation and management such as electronic contract formation rules, situation change rules, and guarantee legal systems. At the same time, the employees participating in the training conducted in-depth interactive exchanges with lecturers on relevant hot issues in the Civil Code based on their actual work.
