In this training, Yang Feng, who has 16 years of experience in enterprise practical management, is an expert in coach style management, detail improvement, and AACTP certified lecturer. As the main lecturer, he focuses on "personalized and tailored coaching techniques" as the main direction, and explains and practices content such as "situational leadership P-S technology", "hand held business coaching technology", "coach style leadership (5WHY, 3D, GROW, etc.)" and "GTD magic weapon (time management)", Assist trainees in effectively improving their management skills.

During the training, everyone was energetic, proactive, and daring to try, coupled with a large number of practical case studies and enthusiastic on-site discussions and interactions, creating a relaxed and rich learning atmosphere. The participating employees effectively understood and mastered relevant management concepts and tool applications. A total of 50 employees participated in this training, divided into six groups, and conducted a team PK, ultimately selecting the best manager group.
