Lv Ning, the deputy general manager of Tianxinyang, mobilized before the training, put forward the expansion training initiative of "working together to create a new future", encouraged everyone to unite and cooperate, not afraid of difficulties and actively participate, and put forward ardent expectations for this expansion training, which sounded the horn for this activity.

This outward bound training course is Team F1 Racing. This course is very creative and can guide team members to communicate and cooperate well and find the most effective way of communication. This is not only a practical and operational project for a large team, but also a creative and operational process, which can inspire the innovation of each team to the greatest extent and return to the actual operation.

Under the leadership of the development coach, the first step is to activate the on-site atmosphere through a series of ice breaking interactive games, create and establish a foundation for mutual trust among the team, and the development activity officially kicked off. In advance, the four teams composed of cross departments selected the team leader and vice team leader of each team under the arrangement of the coach, guided the teams to complete the creativity and design of team names, slogans and flags, and gave an impassioned display in the team style display link, so that each student could clearly understand the expanded task and the importance of the team.

The four teams have successively participated in the projects of tacit transmission, crossing the secret, throwing sieve, etc., which are meticulously designed to accumulate the startup funds of the team, fully arousing everyone's strong interest and enthusiasm. During the subsequent auction of parts and tools and the building of racing cars, the team's internal cooperation ability was fully tested, the fighting spirit of "being brave to explore and surpass oneself" was tempered, and with the common cooperation, construction problems were overcome one by one. In the final new car release and track racing, all teams fully demonstrated their creativity and hard work spirit, pushing the atmosphere of the event site to the climax.

The activity was full of laughter and laughter, which outlined a picture of Tianxinyang family full of vitality, team assistance, harmony and warmth, and Xinxin connected, creating and demonstrating a healthy, innovative and efficient team atmosphere. After the expansion interaction, according to the performance of the four expansion teams in one day, the winner of this expansion training activity was selected and awarded.
