Different from traditional courses, the simulated business management sand table exercise is a management training course with a strong practical color. After the lively warm-up game, the training teacher introduced the rules of sand table exercise in detail. A total of seven teams were formed, and each team made full preparations against time before the start of the event. During the activity, some teams chose to play steadily, while others gathered ideas and calmly responded. All team members contributed their own strength to their teams. After a day of activities, the "Treasure Raiders" team won the first place in comprehensive points among all teams by virtue of bold prediction, accurate information collection, resolute decision-making and tacit cooperation.

After the game, all the teams made a vigorous re examination to find problems, summarize experience, and analyze the team's experience and perception to all the trainees. The employees participating in the training said that the game training was wonderful and interesting, and they really experienced the importance of coordination. Only when the team has the same goal, unified thinking, brainstorming, communication and cooperation can it win.

When summarizing the training, Lv Ning, the deputy general manager of Tianxinyang, spoke highly of the whole process performance of all participants and gave instructions to everyone on the application of the training in their work: 1.
