On July 26, 2019, Tianxinyang Group's "Work Summary for the First Half of 2019 and Task Target Deployment Meeting for the Second Half of 2019" was held in the conference hall on the first floor of the Qingyang Industrial Park headquarters. The meeting was convened by the group's CEO , chaired by , assistant to the chairman, and 44 people above the group manager level attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the leaders of various business units and functional departments respectively reported on the business performance and completion of key tasks in the first half of 2019, and clarified and arranged the work goals for the second half of the year; Group CEO gave a review of the work of each unit in the first half of the year. He made a comment and made arrangements on how to implement the production and operation goals for the second half of the year.
